I didn't watch Tucker Carlson's video, but the only gun laws the Congress is permitted to enact per the Constitution are for Arm[ing], Organiz[ing] and Disciplin[ing] the Article II §2 Clause 1 Militia of the several States per Article I §8 Clause 16. The Militia of the several States are supposed to be permanent, as permanent as Congress.

14 RINO Republican Senators made this atrocity possible. Red Flag laws are unconstitutional and any state that passes them is throwing themselves in the hell hole that Justin Castro Trudeau is installing for Canada.

Please pray. Remember iit is all the same people who making these law and taking money from Soros and company and arranging and executing events like in Uvalde Texas, an event we will never get the facts about because all these "false flag" events are arranged by Red and Blue evildoers alike.

SENATE PASSES GUN BILL The Senate on Thursday voted 65-33 in favor of a controversial gun control bill that offers economic incentives to states that enact so-called "red flag" laws. The bill was negotiated by a group of senators headed up by Sens. John Cornyn, R-TX, and Chris Murphy, R-CT, and includes measures to bolster school security and mental health services. The House is expected to vote on the bill Friday.

The Senate passed a bipartisan gun reform bill on Thursday in the wake of a slew of mass shootings in recent months, the most notable of which left 19 children and two teachers dead in Uvalde, Texas, in late May.

The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, negotiated by a group of senators led by John Cornyn (R-
TX) and Chris Murphy (R-CT), looks to incentivize states to implement red flag laws. The proposal would make it easier for law enforcement to confiscate a firearm and block the purchase of a gun if an individual is deemed to be a danger to themselves or others, tighten background checks, close the so-called boyfriend loophole by tightening background checks on gun
purchases of those convicted of domestic violence or certain crimes as minors, and provide money for trauma support, school safety, and mental health programs.

ANALYSIS: RULING COULD UNDO STATE GUN LAWS The Supreme Court’s ruling did not just strike down New York’s practice of requiring citizens to justify their right to bear arms outside their homes, it also created a legal precedent that could lead to successful suits against gun control laws in other states. “This is more than just a great day for New York,” said Jason Ouimet of the National Rifle Association's Institute for Legislative Action, “because this ruling opens the door to rightly change the law in the seven remaining states that still don’t recognize the right to carry a firearm for personal protection.”
