I saw that yesterday. Perhaps I am wrong, but I believe that the county sheriff could have arrested those agents if they entered his county without his consent and support.
Edit: That may not be the case, Florida probably is not sovereign as in the State of Florida, but now is the incorporated STATE OF FLORIDA, a federal zone.

Jack Posobiec says Garland is out for revenge
POSOBIEC: The FBI Is a Political 'Weapon' and AG Garland Is Out for 'Revenge' (https://humanevents.com/2022/08/10/posobiec-the-fbi-is-a-political-weapon-and-ag-garland-is-out-for-revenge/?utm_campaign=64483)
By Roberto Wakerell-Cruz (https://humanevents.com/author/robertowakerellcruz) | August 10, 2022
Following the FBI raid of Former President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home, Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec (https://humanevents.com/author/jack-posobiec/)released a special edition of his show titled “FBI: American Stasi” in reference to the East German Ministry for State Security, the secret police agency of the country.
Posobiec slammed the Biden administration, which he called a “regime,” for using the FBI as a weapon against political opponents, though he admits that this is what the FBI’s purpose always has been, since the days of J. Edgar Hoover.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we are now in the days of August. If you’ve been paying attention, if you understand what time it is, if you understand what part of the movie we’re in, then none of this should come as a surprise.”
“Everything that we’ve been telling you, every piece of information that we’ve given you has led to this moment. Former president of the United States Donald J. Trump, his personal residence was raided yesterday by the American Stasi, the FBI. So in this program we’re going to go through the modern history of this organization, but that being said, we could go all the way back to the storied days of the FBI’s founder, J. Edgar Hoover, and I’ll tell you something right now, I’m sure that wherever he is right now enjoying the heat down there, he’s smiling that they’re keeping his legacy alive.
“This is what the FBI has always been. A weapon utilized against the political opponents of the regime. We’re not even going to go through all of their history from the 1960s and the 1970s. You can go look it up,” said Posobiec, adding that the Bureau has been doing this “for a long, long time.”
Posobiec predicted that the FBI is going to claim that the documents that prompted this raid are going to be deemed as “over-classified” material, and dispelled White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s lie that President Biden found out about the raid “like everyone else did (https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-white-house-claims-biden-was-not-briefed-on-fbi-trump-mar-a-lago-raid),” and that President Biden had not been briefed ahead of the Monday FBI raid (https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-president-trump-announces-fbi-has-raided-mar-a-lago) at the Mar-a-Lago residence.
According to the Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/08/09/trump-fbi-search-mar-a-lago/), federal authorities had reportedly grown increasingly concerned in the months leading up to the raid (https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-president-trump-announces-fbi-has-raided-mar-a-lago), following the returning of materials to the National Archives around seven months ago, that Trump and his team may have held onto key records.
“They’re going to claim this is over-classified material, and I stayed up last night until 3 in the morning, working my sources, working the chain. Did President Biden know about this? You better believe he did. Biden and Chief of Staff Ron Klain found out about this while Biden was in quarantine for Covid, he’s still in quarantine for Covid. Chris Wray, the FBI director, signed off on it, but it’s really being driven by Attorney General Merrick Garland.”
“Garland is seeking an indictment of former President Trump. I’m going to say that again and I’m going to footstomp it,” said Posobiec. “AG Merrick Garland, Biden’s Attorney General, is seeking an indictment of President Trump. Why? You’d have to ask him. Personally, I think it’s revenge. He’s working out some deep seeded revenge fantasy that he has, because he views the right in general as being the ones that blocked him from getting what he always wanted. Like Golem’s ring, he wanted that seat on the Supreme Court, and he doesn’t care what he has to burn down to get revenge on the people that he believes took it from him or denied it to him.”
“President Biden, Ron Klain, it’s like that scene in Saving Private Ryan where the guy’s crying on the stairs. They’re in vapor lock, they’re just letting Garland run wild with this entire thing, and mark my words, they’re going to claim this is about classified information,” Posobiec said.
“They don’t care that President Trump obviously had the ability to declassify whatever he wants because he’s the president,” he continued. “He has originator classification authority. He’s the OCA for the entire federal government. They don’t care. They don’t care, because you know what, they’re going to find a judge that agrees with them, they’re going to put him on trial, and they want to bring him up to Washington, DC, and put him in front of a DC jury, and they’re going to charge him and try to find President Trump guilty. So you need to get ready, you need to get ready for what is coming.”
“You want to talk about Weissman and the Muller investigation, all of this, everything you’ve seen, the show trial of Steven K. Bannon (https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-steve-bannon-indicted-contempt-of-congress-charges-jan-6-subpoena), the show trial of General Flynn. How many other show trials have we seen of anybody who is associated with President Trump, his supporters, and his movement? All of the J6 detainees languishing, in many cases in pretrial detention. American citizens who are languishing in pretrial detention. 60-year-old women with cancer going to jail for walking around the Capitol.”
“This is not an administration, this is a regime,” said Posobiec.
“They started their occupation with a military deployment here in Washington, DC, all around Capitol Hill. Speaker of the House Pelosi even said at one point that she wanted crew-served weapons, so I’m going to say this again: Understand now, you are in the days of August, conduct yourself properly and you’ll get through it,” he concluded.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Joseph_Bonaparte
Bonaparte was the U.S. Secretary of the Navy and later the U.S. Attorney General.[1] During his tenure as the attorney general, he created the Bureau of Investigation which later grew and expanded by the 1920s under the director J. Edgar Hoover (1895–1972), as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)...
Charles Joseph Bonaparte was an American lawyer and political activist for progressive and liberal causes. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he served in the cabinet of the 26th U.S. president, Theodore Roosevelt...
In 1899, Bonaparte was the keynote speaker for the first graduating class of the Roman Catholic women's institution run by the Order of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame of Maryland University). He spoke on "The Significance of the Bachelor's Degree"...
"Young ladies, if this degree has such meaning for your brothers, what meaning has it for you."
The FBI and CIA can be considered fallen sisters. If the FBI was designed to spy on Americans who disagreed with policy, then the CIA was designed for Marxist and NeoMarxist degeneracy and subversion.
Case in point one of the birth-persons of NeoMarxism and Weimar degeneracy was hired by the forerunner to the CIA.

He was a prominent figure in the Frankfurt-based Institute for Social Research – what later became known as the Frankfurt School...
Between 1943 and 1950, Marcuse worked in US government service for the Office of Strategic Services (predecessor of the Central Intelligence Agency) where he criticized the ideology of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in the book Soviet Marxism: A Critical Analysis (1958). In the 1960s and the 1970s he became known as the preeminent theorist of the New Left...
His Marxist scholarship inspired many radical intellectuals and political activists in the 1960s and 1970s, both in the United States and internationally.

General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, head of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), wrote to President Franklin D. Sundance from Conservativetreehouse on DeSantis not being managed by the establishment:
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1558158571510136833.html
Somewhat, yet no. What I am pointing out is an inflection point. DeSantis is being managed now. He's shifted into the Pence, Jeb, Haley, professional wing of the club. Things change. He's accepting GOPe grooming. Risks are distanced (Pushaw departs). It's a mgmt/branding effort
I've been watching it evolve all year. When the Trump raid happened, it was a very key moment. DeSantis went silent upon instruction from the handlers.
Everything now is about club branding and club management. That's why I knew days ago that Pushaw would depart.
I don't take such a severe position, as I did on Monday, without overlaying all of the data-points I have assembled. I know it sometimes shocks people, they get mad at me, but as you wait you see it unfold. This is how the club operates.
It's not DeSantis fault per se'. He doesn't have many options. He holds no independent wealth to keep the club away from influence.
Now he will begin a national tour. A book (written for him) is looming. The pattern never changes.
The "professionals" will now enter the picture. The orbit of DeSantis will be controlled. Representatives will come from the professional political class. Speeches and remarks will be filtered and approved. Risks will be mitigated. Control mechanisms in place.
At first, whenever he reemerges, you will notice an subtle awkwardness... a slight change in the authenticity you used to love. A more careful and deliberate speech pattern. Longer thoughts before responses. More appearances on Fox News.
Brett Baier et al, w/ the assist.
Norman Rockwell (optics), Ward Cleaver (tones), soft hues and gentlemanly pastels.
Club branding is subtle on the image front, but very clear on the substantive messaging side. Social issues selected to maximize camp coalition, and influence base.
Consistently present political messaging where people can say "yes." Keep the "yes" messaging at the forefront (social emphasis). Focus on values.
Multinational & corporate economics, hard lines, foreign policy, all these things avoided. Stay social. Build emotional connection.

A WRIT FOR MARTYRS
The FBI’s illegal campaign to forever silence the message of dissident Eustace Mullins
http://whale.to/b/mullins_b_writ.html (targeted for writing Secrets of the Federal Reserve)
This is a highly provocative and revealing expose by Eustace Mullins of the decades-long campaign by J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI to destroy Mullins, even to the point of conspiring to have him incarcerated in an insane asylum as they did his mentor, famed American poet Ezra Pound.
Quotes
Most Americans, who have not been the victims of such overt hate campaigns as have been waged against me for more than thirty years, refuse to believe that we are governed by criminals. I refer you to the opinion of one of the most famous FBI agents, Charlie Winstead, the man who gunned down John Dillinger. In his book, "The Bureau", William C. Sullivan quotes Charlie Winstead as saying, (P.27),
"When I investigate a man and prove he's a criminal, if he doesn't already work for the government, they'll hire him. If he already has a government job, once they hear he's a crook they'll promote him. The criminals in Congress only feel comfortable with other criminals."
We could not ask for a more qualified source, nor for a more apropos phrase than "the criminals in Congress." The criminals enact into law program after program to reward their fellow-criminals, and to rob and enslave the workers of America. Anyone who gets in their way is disposed of by the "majesty of the law." I would have been condemned to spend the rest of my life in an insane asylum by due process of law. All the legal niceties would have been observed.
Found this comment over at Zerohedge- Victor David Hansen "FBI, RIP?":
"The FBI is dissolving before our eyes into a rogue security service"
If one only evaluates the post 9/11 epoch of these scumbags, here's the context:
Fordham Law's findings https://canadianpatriot.org/2021/01/25/how-the-fbi-created-domestic-terrorism-80-years-of-psychological-warfare-revealed/
In this course of its investigation, researchers at Fordham discovered that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the 138 terrorist incidents recorded in the USA between 2001-2012 involved FBI informants who played leading roles in planning out, supplying weapons, instructions and even recruiting Islamic terrorists to carry out terrorist acts on U.S. soil.
Keep in mind that the Whitmer bullshit wasn't included, as it was post the 2012 end of their study.
I don't have time right now, but IIRC almost all of the school shootings involved a perpetrator at least known to the FBI
The entire DOJ should be shitcanned and under Grand Jury Investigations, it's a literal WMD against American Citizens

November 17, 2021
We already know that Attorney General Merrick Garland was not forthcoming about the amount of collaboration that took place between the National School Board Association (NSBA) and the Biden administration with regard to the now-infamous letter that labeled concerned parents as “domestic terrorists.” Despite what Garland said before a Senate hearing back in late October, there was much more going on behind the scenes than the public was aware of.
Now, through a whistleblower within the FBI, we’re learning that not only was the Justice Department coordinating on the matter, it was also helping field agents determine ways that parents could be categorized with a “threat tag” for anything that provided an avenue to bring in possible federal charges. This goes far beyond any kind of specific threats against a school board, something that local law enforcement would ordinarily and necessarily handle, this speaks to questions like whether the FBI was watching as parents organized using a Facebook group or created a mailing list.
The question now is whether Garland will be held accountable for his contradictory statements on the matter when the FBI Counterterrorism unit was working since early October, weeks before Garland’s testimony, to target parents using anti-terrorism laws
Merrick Garland (Garfinkle) is the sort of authority that would tag the parent in this video a domestic terrorist.

washingtontimes.com: FBI lawyers ‘inappropriately’ weighed in on sensitive cases, DOJ watchdog says (https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/sep/29/fbi-lawyers-inappropriately-weighed-sensitive-case/)
September 29, 2022
FBI lawyers specializing in national security “inappropriately opined” on sensitive cases, urging agents to pursue more severe charges against a suspect and potentially disrupting a critical investigation because of a search warrant dispute, the Justice Department’s internal watchdog said in a critical new report Thursday.
According to the report released by the Justice Department Inspector General’s Office, “aggressive” attorneys within the FBI‘s National Security and Cyber Law Branch, which advises agents on high-level investigations, overstepped their bounds by offering their opinions on topics traditionally reserved for federal prosecutors.
The IG report said the FBI’s Office of General Counsel and agents complained that the lawyers “inappropriately opined on matters related to the sufficiency of evidence, certain charging decisions and discovery obligations.” Those attorneys were likely trying to influence prosecutorial decision-making, the report said...
In one example, an FBI lawyer urged an agent to charge a target with espionage, while Justice Department prosecutors said the evidence only supported lesser charges, such as the unauthorized disclosure of national security information or retention of classified materials. The cybersecurity lawyer’s recommendations “set unrealistic expectations” for the case, according to the report.

Reps. “We are investigating serious allegations of abuse and misconduct within the senior leadership of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During the course of this investigation, we have received protected whistleblower disclosures that the FBI is engaging in a ‘purge’ of employees with conservative views by revoking their security clearances and indefinitely suspending these employees,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.
dailywire.com: FBI Whistleblower Reveals Widespread Disgust Inside Bureau In Bombshell Bongino Interview (https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-whistleblower-reveals-widespread-disgust-inside-bureau-in-bombshell-bongino-interview)
Sep 24, 2022
An FBI whistleblower warned that the bureau has been transformed from a law enforcement agency to an intelligence-gathering operation that spies on law-abiding Americans to help advance a political agenda and said thousands of agents and employees feel betrayed by the bureau’s leadership.
Kyle Seraphin told podcaster and radio host Dan Bongino over a bombshell, two-part interview that agents are routinely directed to spy on Americans with little or no basis, the bureau’s management ranks are hopelessly politicized by inexperienced corporate climbers, and that hundreds of experienced agents are staying on despite their disgust simply to collect their pensions...
In one particularly poignant segment, Seraphin recalled being sent to Washington, D.C.’s Holocaust Memorial Museum as part of his orientation. New agents, he said, were told that the atrocity could not have happened without the participation of “minor government officials” supported by local and federal law enforcement.
“If anybody refuses to get with the program, it doesn’t happen,” he said. “The answer, ‘I’m just following orders,’ the Nuremberg piece, it doesn’t fly. We know better.”
Seraphin said he was adhering to that training when he came forward but is now being punished for doing so.
“We’re supposed to know that if they ask you to do something that is illegal, immoral, or unethical, following orders is not an excuse,” he said.
... last November, after Attorney General Merrick Garland in testimony to lawmakers denied that the Department of Justice was targeting education-activist parents with law enforcement tools reserved for terrorists, Seraphin says he blew the whistle. Seraphin, who previously worked in the bureau’s Washington field office but by last year was stationed in New Mexico, went to his local member of Congress with an email that had been widely circulated within the bureau. The email, he said, relayed Garland’s orders to use Patriot Act counterterrorism tools to target parents at school board meetings through a tag called “EDUOFFICIALS.”
The scandal blew up when it was revealed that the DOJ issued the orders after coordinating with the White House and the National School Boards Association to vilify as “domestic terrorists” parents who objected to the teaching of radical gender and race theories...
“Having worked with a number of patriotic FBI professionals in the past, I knew it was only a matter of time before patriots like Kyle stepped forward to expose the unfortunate rot at the Bureau,” Bongino, a best-selling author and former U.S. Secret Service agent, told The Daily Wire.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) says at least 14 whistleblowers have contacted his office (https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-whistleblower-alleges-bureau-took-agents-off-child-sex-abuse-cases-to-pursue-political-probes/) to complain about how partisan politics has infected the bureau and turned it against conservative Americans. Allegations include silencing investigations of Hunter Biden’s damning laptop (https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-brass-barred-agents-from-probing-hunters-laptop-whistleblowers-tell-lawmaker/), manipulating crime statistics, and spying on law-abiding Americans. Recently, one whistleblower, Steve Friend, alleged that the bureau is under orders to inflate the number of domestic terrorism cases. Friend was suspended (https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-suspends-whistleblower-who-criticized-bureaus-handling-of-january-6-investigations-report/) after his name was leaked to a media outlet...
Seraphin said “more than people than you think” are coming forward and that many have left the bureau as, in their view, it has become part of a partisan agenda. He said agents qualify for pensions of up to $60,000 a year after putting in 20 years, and many that are more than halfway toward qualifying are just hanging on despite their disgust with leadership under Director Christopher Wray.

Ostensibly set up to protect the revolution from reactionary forces, i.e., "class enemies" such as the bourgeoisie and members of the clergy, it soon became the repression tool against all political opponents of the communist regime...
In the first month and half after the October Revolution (1917), the duty of "extinguishing the resistance of exploiters" was assigned to the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee (or PVRK). It represented a temporary body working under directives of the Council of People's Commissars (Sovnarkom) and Central Committee of RDSRP(b). The VRK created new bodies of government organized food delivery to cities and the Army, requisitioned products from bourgeoisie, and sent its emissaries and agitators into provinces. One of its most important functions was the security of revolutionary order, and the fight against counterrevolutionary activity..
Three sections were created: informational, organizational, and a unit to combat counter-revolution and sabotage. Upon the end of the meeting, Dzerzhinsky reported to the Sovnarkom with the requested information. The commission was allowed to apply such measures of repression as 'confiscation, deprivation of ration cards, publication of lists of enemies of the people etc.'"

Republican leadership on the House Judiciary Committee revealed in a letter sent to Wray on Wednesday that said the document they subpoenaed from the agency details how "both FBI Portland and FBI Los Angeles field offices were involved in or contributed to the creation of FBI’s assessment of traditional Catholics (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jordan-demands-answers-from-wray-leaked-fbi-memo-suggests-agency-targeting-catholics) as potential domestic terrorists."
"This new information suggests that the FBI’s use of its law enforcement capabilities to intrude on American’s First Amendment rights is more widespread than initially suspected," Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and co-chair Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., wrote in the letter.
The information also contradicts Wray's congressional testimony that the FBI's anti-Catholic initiative was "a single product by a single field office."
The FBI Richmond internal memo, titled "Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities," was leaked in January and drew instant criticism from Republicans.
It identified "radical-traditionalist Catholic[s]" as potential "racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists" and said that "racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) in radical-traditionalist Catholic (RTC) ideology almost certainly presents opportunities for threat mitigation through the exploration of new avenues for tripwire and source development."
Jordan and Johnson wrote Wednesday that for months the committee sought information relating to that memo but that the FBI failed to voluntarily comply with their request.
