Dr. Vieira explains how the WHO has the power the have. They can’t override our Constitution. The individual States must comply with the WHO mandates because of some rule in effect because the USA is a member of the United Nations. He says the only way to get out from under their mandates is for the USA to get out of the UN.

By the way Trump got US out of UNESCO as well as out of the UN Council on Human Rights, both parts of the United Nations, and was aiming to get US out of WHO, also a part of the United Nations, but the Resident took over and WHO withdrawal never happened.

Dr. Vieira says that treaties have the power of congressional statutes, and the supremacy clause causes the treaty to overide state statutes.
