Weird, Someone mentioned Palestine being just east of PA. First time I looked it up that's what I got but after looking again its on the east side of Ohio. Why would both of us see it on the west side of OH? I tried different spellings but found nothing.

This is not a local issue. This massive plume will spread far and wide, and is being blown by the prevailing winds across Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York State, toward the population centers of the northeastern U.S.
And via land and water, the toxins can spread in many directions, via water, soil movement and air (since the prevailing winds are only an average). And the contamination is so serious that even soil tracking will spread significant amounts.
What few people remember is how the town of Times Beach, Missouri (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Times_Beach,_Missouri) was evacuated, purchased by the federal government, leveled and had its zip code removed, from far, far less dioxin contamination. quick 1 min video, guy shows screen shots of something written up (not sure by whom), where it says the rail cars carrying the toxic chemicals were NOT damaged in the derailing, but they decided to go ahead and release the chemicals and set them on fire because they were worried that if they didn't do so, the chemicals would explode (IMO, all deliberate, filming of the movie was a rehearsal for the real deal, all about poisoning us, killing off farming areas, poisoning the water, etc....

Have you seen the CCTV video of the undercarriage on fire on one of the rail cars? This was captured 45 minutes before the derailment.

Seems more like gross incompetence rather than something that was planned, although I wouldn't rule out a 'programmed failure'. Although I'd think it would be difficult to 'dial in' a mechanical failure to a specific time and location.

Rail workers were going on strike but congress said go back to work or lose your jobs. The reason for the strike was due to the company making them inspect the cars in 3 minutes. After they went back to work the company said now you get 90 seconds to inspect the cars or lose your jobs.

If you have ever been to the tracks with cars you know it will take 90 seconds to just quickly walk around one let alone inspect anything.
