Peterpuffer thinks there needs to be less white men and more blacks in construction. Apparently Secretary Rumpranger has not been anywhere near a construction site, because IF HE HAD, he would have seen that there are VERY FEW white guys working construction anymore...framing crews, concrete guys, roofers, painters, etc., etc. are ALL trades which are PREDOMINATELY HISPANIC. To top that off, all we need in construction now is a bunch of ignorant, don't give a shit, lazy ass niggers doing shitwork...which is what they do because their standards are so low.

I would say depends on location and specific trades/businesses.

Here. Iron workers, electricians, plumbers, stud framers, pipe fitters, are all mostly white. From what I have seen, highway concrete/asphalt all white with a token black and a white lady holding the stop sign. Laborer union get more blacks, but they are doing the lowest peon jobs.

Mexican crews are brought in as subs for roofing residential. Watched a crew put the underlayment vertical with the slope of roof just before shingling. They had to redo it when I informed the owner.

A few years back, a large complex was built in town. They brought in mexican framers from Indiana. Two cargo vans everyday. The spics pissed and shit inside the walls before closing them with sheathing. Found months later when the tenants moved in and complained.
