The Latin phrases "jus ad bellum" and "refined Casus Belli" are being spoke in Russia's Kremlin today after word leaked out the US has "approved" Ukraine war plans of a nature not seen before.
I am told the following:
During THIS MEETING with US Senators Lindsay Graham, Richard Blumenthal and Elizabeth Warren which took place last week, included discussion of the items below.
I am told (but have not been able to verify) that each of the Senators were told of these plans and expressed their personal approval, subject to final approval by the Biden Administration.

During the meeting above, the US Senators reportedly told Ukraine President Zelensky and his top military people, the following:
The “counteroffensive” has dragged on for a long time, and now Zelensky and Zaluzhny will be given one last chance to show where NATO weapons and armored vehicles are going.
This must be done before the onset of autumn and the rainy season.
Zelensky and his military people reportedly responded:
"That is why, from the beginning of September, mobilization will not only be intensified - it will be total.
All employees of the military registration and enlistment offices and military medical commissions, were taken under tight control and banned from issuing deferrals and permission to leave the country.
All violations must be eliminated in the coming days and a record number of soldiers will be recruited from September.
Zelensky and his military leaders then reportedly told the Senators, explicitly, the following:
All men of military age will be collected from state and commercial enterprises.
The same fate awaits students who arrive at their universities at the beginning of the academic year.
The next step is that the employees of the territorial recruitment and social support centers will go from house to house with the police and collect all the men of military age.
I am also told via Covert Intel sources, that there is also a horrifying decision about Ukraine strategy that has been adopted.
Kiev will commence attacks on "everything that is Russia." They reportedly explicitly mentioned Crimea.
Areas that Kyiv considers 'already lost' will be the first to be deliberately, totally, destroyed.
In these areas, the populations is to be considered "meat" to be thrown into battle. The tactics of "meat assaults" in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is recognized as the only option to somehow rectify the situation. Everything will be thrown at the Russians.
Cities and villages will be razed to ground.
These cities and villages are: Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye, and Nikolaev.
Ukraine will reportedly intentionally engage in battle tactics designed to destroy the cities!
Zelensky has long been ready to fight to the last Ukrainian, not only men, but also women and even teenagers will be pressed into this wave of mobilization.
The children of officials, politicians, and businessmen, left the country long ago. The rest of the population will be thrown into the crucible of war.
When asked if he thought the people of Ukraine would support this, Zelensky and/or his military staff reportedly replied "We know that the majority of Ukrainians do not agree with this, but no one cares about their opinion. They will go either to the front or to prison . . . and from there to the front, anyway."
THE "APPROVAL"
Over the weekend those Senators returned to the U.S. and reportedly had numerous discussions with Biden officials and military people.
COVERT INTEL says the "approval" of Ukraine's plans was given by the US and NATO, this past Sunday.
Three days from now, on or about September 1, look for word of a "General and final mobilization" taking place inside Ukraine.
RUSSIA FOUND OUT, TOO
Apparently, Russia has also found out about these decisions and the "approval" from the U.S. and NATO.
Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia's Federation Council (Their Senate) said in the Kremlin today "The Ukrainian criminals have gotten approval to strikes on everything in Russia, for example, in the Crimea. If this is true (and there is no reason to doubt, now) then this is direct, legally significant evidence of complicity of the West in the war against Russia, on the side of the state of Stepan Bandera. [This is} A refined Casus Belli. For Russia, the opportunity to act within the framework of jus ad bellum, against everyone and everyone within the NATO Countries. It's sad, alas. Predictions of the Apocalypse are getting closer."
