I haven't actually had time to look into this yet, but a friend of mine is really into this and has lots of good things to say about it.

Looks like a reasonable resource although I haven't opened any of their pdfs.

If memory serves the major defect with grand juries is they are limited to 24 members while the Magna Carta requires 26 Barons. And the criterion to be a 'member' is far different from being a Baron which is nothing more than a landowner.

You might have a grand jury of 200 Communists (or 2,000) and the assembly will fall into a de facto capacity.
