I don't know. I'll ask her. I think she tried firefox and others.
I told her about the VPN suggestion. I'll check and see. Do you have any to recommend?

I tried a free VPN (proton) but it didn't help.

Then, without me doing anything, I was able to get back in and got a message from Dachsie saying she was locked out.

Try using Opera browser.

She can't even pull up the forum page to log in.

Yes she has to rule out her browser first.

Then she needs to see if she has any other security program on her computer that might have a blacklist of sites on it.

Okay, I'll pass the info along to her.

But this happened to me too for 6 months. I could not even pull up the site. Then out of the blue, without me doing anything, I could pull up the site again. And that's when Dachsie could no longer get on. Ares said for some reason the site was dropping my traffic. He recommended VPN, which I tried w/protonVPN, but that did not work either. I was too busy to get a computer guy out here. But somehow now everything is fixed.

Maybe a cookie issue.

If her browser is blocking them she might have to allow them for this site.
