Intelligent people survive blizzards. They dress for the weather.
Smart people don't create things. They know if they create something the liability stays with them forever. They are smart. They avoid liability by letting intelligent people do the creating and then they don't get sued.
Biden has an entire career in politics where he hasn't created anything and he has gotten filthy rich by being smart. Admittedly he created Hunter so I guess that wasn't too smart. But bye and large Democrats tend to be smart while Republicans choose intelligence. This is not a hard and fast rule though. There are plenty of smart Republicans.
