Teenage German tourists handcuffed and deported from Hawaii over ‘suspicious’ hotel booking

If you want to visit Hawai'i don't you think the Hawaiian monarchy should be consulted?

Much has been said about receiving due process while very little has been said about giving it.

Due process has two elements. They are notice followed by opportunity to inquire. If you don't have anyone specific in mind notice can be had by causing a legal notice to be published. One such as "I, Joe Blow, hereby give notice to the Hawai'ian monarchy that I intend to tour his jurisdiction between May 15 and June 1st. Inquiry may be directed to box xyz, Rostock Germany until May 5th."

Then comes the question of whether this is due process. Were there any inquiries? Were they answered? For these you need a court. Courts have dockets. The docket delineates each step of the process and before issuing summary judgment the court decides if the Hawai'ian monarchy got duly processed.
