Got an error message when trying to register an account

Cant make multiple accounts from the same computer is the message that i got, well, this is my first account and i had to use proxy in order to register it.

Might be some issues with foreign ip-addressees .

There are no IP addresses banned, (yet) I don't see anything in the error log. Must be on your side.
