I think I did mention that the DOG will finish at $20 (or higher) by the end of the year 2009. Of course I was wrong. I think the DOG made it to $19.50 before it backed down before the end of 2009. This year the DOG will make and surpass $20 but I see the DOG finishing at $23 (or higher) on December 31, 2010.
