A very leisurely climbout (for the Su-27) of N131SU to FL100 in 54 seconds.

No, they don't, however the Su-27 (bort P-42) still holds all the time to altitude records from 0-15,000 meters (49,212 feet) for air-breathing aircraft (for 23 years no less).
49,000 ft. straight up in 70 seconds - do the math. lol

The latest Sukhoi warbird, the 5th generation PAK-FA, is capable of super-cruise (and for FWIW, IMO super-cruise is most convenient for the cowardly aggressors of the world). However from what I've seen so far I doubt that it has the super-maneuverability of the Su-30 with 3D TVC, but I could be wrong. I also doubt that the PAK FA has the ultra reliability/safety/stability of the Su-27 family - the wing/airframe design of the Su-27 is truly incredible - it's the only jet warbird which which will recover from a 'stupor' (unresponsive to control surface inputs, i.e. a nose down spin) simply by the pilot taking his hand off the stick and his feet off the rudder pedals. One thing is for sure, it's most likely that the PAK FA costs no more than 20% of the cost of one Craptor (and that's a stretch).

Actually, the latest Su-27 variant, the Su-35S, does in fact have supercruise capability as well as the 3D TVC (while the cRaptor only has 25 y.o. 2D TVC technology).
