Time out problems

I have been plagued all day with this board timing out.

I think I have fixed it. If not bitch here in this thread.

Well I made a tweak that I have never switched on before. Someone else PM'ed me that they were having problems.

I just want to be sure that I didn't make it worse.

I've been in and out all day, and I haven't had any problems. Unlike some other new boards I've been on.
