The recent San Diego earthquake was HAARP. Southern California gets HAARPed crazy, to have smaller earthquakes so the 7.0 or 7.5 one does not happen. To have many little or smaller ones so there is a gradual shift. California is their military playground for MK Ultra and other projects, California is protected. As HAARP was used to steer away the hurricane away from Florida years ago. It is used to attack enemies and protect the US. It was used against New Orleans because it was French Catholic and culturally not American. Also, Bush used it against the Democratic city in Louisiana because Louisiana was electing Democratic Senators. The cia war has been on controlled opposition Democrats.

The earthquake in Turkey that killed tens of thousands was likely a HAARP.
