It's the "New Topic" button at the top-left of the threads.


I think what he is saying is a list of the new posts not the creation button.

The only place I see something of use is on the Forum's home page at the bottom.

When you guys get the time, I really like these features this software allows:

Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
