Thai protesters break into Parliament (http://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/news/article.cfm?c_id=2&objectid=10636902)
Thai TV has reported that anti-government protesters have broken into the Parliament building after lawmakers aborted their session, with some of the legislators scaling a wall to escape.
Thai PBS reported that protesters pushed past riot police to enter the Parliament grounds and that some have reached the second floor of the building.
It was not immediately clear how many protesters were inside.
The so-called Red Shirt protesters are calling on Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva to dissolve Parliament and call fresh elections.
They have staged protests in Bangkok since March 12 and shut down a commercial hub of the capital since Saturday.
