Perhaps they are using HAARP to make several smaller earthquakes to ease the stress on the Cali fault lines... they aim and hit poor areas of the world a little harder, because who cares about the lower order peasants anyway

Crimeny Ken, can't you just see all the tension being built up on that fault from the barrage in the south? :o

That area of the San Andreas hasn't had much action over the past year in comparison to the northern and southern segments of the fault. There must be a tremedous amount of stress in that area.
