Frankly, our elected federal representatives should take a test on the Constitution and exibit a intimate knowledge of that document in order to run for or hold such high offices. Voting these idiots into positions of such power simply based upon what they promise, even if such promise defies constitutional constraints on the government, is a good definition of insanity.

He probably does not have the money or credentials, " a law degree or some such ", to run and likely would never get the finance or party backing to run.
