The construction documents for the north tower of the World Trade Center:

Now, when looking at the plans, most of you probably won't realize the significance of the centralized tubes of concrete shear walls with a perimeter moment-resisting steel frame and how this relates to how the building would collapse, but for those trained in architecture/engineering/construction, it's an eye opener to see what the structure is.

i would like to obtain the specifications for the amount of structural steel used in each building (WTC1 & WTC2).

i guess Jim Hoffman's website is one good reference -

where else can a person get this information ?
