Creative lending has been employed. Most every project I come across these days has some form of horse trading, and or joint responsibility involved. It is rare to have someone meeting all the requirements on their own.

Oh yeah, and profits for either party are reduced to living rations only.

I'm down at Myrtle Beach playing right now... spring is the most expensive time of they year.
$60-$200/round.
A few par 3 courses for $20/rd are good for sharpening the short game.

I had a chesapeke bay retriever steal my ball off the green on a par 4 yesterday, ;D

Gold is working itself side ways and it's getting wound tighter and tighter ...until it will just explode!! it looks like we are not quite there yet but sto is still above 80 (on the daily chart) so anything bullish can still happen ...fwiw

As Osoab asked, what miners are you playing these days? GPR, IMT, EDR for me, among others. SLX, ECU, and ASM on the spec side. All doing well. Should be just the start, imo.

Considering how/when/if/how much to take profits along the way. I like the idea of buy and hold for the most part in a long running bull...just accumulate on dips with more capital. I think taking some profits is prudent though too. Share your thoughts if you have the time. As I said, my philosophy is accumulate and sell into the mature bull. I don't pick a price point....I look at changing fundementals. When they change their game, I change mine. Too easy to get left behind.

Again, good to see you here. We need more market discussion here imo.

As you can see Gold has almost made it to target #3 which is usually the take yur profits and run zone ...lol ..but we also watch to see if he can get a close above that price target which usually means mo up ...we ..C
