Is there a "New Posts" button?

I don't like hunting around for new posts....is there a simple way to list all new posts in order of freshness?

This is important to me if I'm going to be "All In" over here....and fold over there....

I dont see a button to get to the LAST POST on a particular thread, can we get one? Those are helpful.
