Marxism 101:

From the Communist manifesto:
"In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property."

But American law protects private property

Amendment V, US Constitution 1789
... nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Communism, Socialism, and Marxism abolish private property ownership and replaces it with collective ownership, with the superior rights in the State.

“PRIVATE PROPERTY – As protected from being taken for public uses, is such property as belongs absolutely to an individual, and of which he has the exclusive right of disposition. Property of a specific, fixed and tangible nature, capable of being in possession and transmitted to another, such as houses, lands, and chattels.”
– - – Black’s Law dictionary, sixth ed., p.1217

“OWNERSHIP – … Ownership of property is either absolute or qualified. The ownership of property is absolute when a single person has the absolute dominion over it… The ownership is qualified when it is shared with one or more persons, when the time of enjoyment is deferred or limited, or when the use is restricted. ”
– - -Black’s Law dictionary, sixth ed., p. 1106

Since 1935, and America’s “voluntary” socialist revolution, Americans no longer absolutely own private property. Isn’t it true that government can TAKE your property, and not pay just compensation?

Any time a Leftist espouses a slogan like : "No one should suffer because they lack {fill in the blank}!", just preface it with "No one should be compelled to labor for the benefit of another, so that..."

Slavery is never an acceptable solution to the ills of mankind.

Voluntary charity is a blessing.
Compulsory charity is a curse.

Collectivism = Slavery
Collectivists are thieves and slavers
The only property rights they respect are their own, after taking yours.

COMMUNISM - the ownership of property, or means of production, distribution and supply, by the whole of a classless society, with wealth shared on the principle of 'to each according to his need', each yielding fully 'according to his ability'.
- - - Webster's Dictionary.

SOCIALISM - A political and economic theory advocating collective ownership of the means of production and control of distribution. It is based upon the belief that all, while contributing to the good of the community, are equally entitled to the care and protection which the community can provide.
--- Webster's dictionary

Socialism and communism = COLLECTIVE ownership.
SHARED ownership.
QUALIFIED ownership.
PRIVILEGED ownership.
A privilege - which is granted and withdrawn by government.
Administered by the benevolent STATE.
Controlled by the altruistic LEFTIST PIRATES, who take a cut of the booty for their magnanimous efforts, thieving on "our" behalf.

TEST QUESTION:

What is communism / socialism?

* Compelled labor for the benefit of another - SLAVERY.
* Confiscation of property for the benefit of another - THIEVERY.

Discussion:

In short, do you wish to absolutely own your self, your labor, the fruits of your labor, and all that you acquire by your harmless efforts, or do you wish the Collective to own you and yours?

Such a question would not need to be asked of our forebears. But we are the victims of the world's greatest propaganda ministry, and our 'heroes' are 'villains', and we are confused.

Fantastic post, as usual Jet!

I would like to point out that Marx was a hack. A paid shill writer. He was a front for 'Communism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communism)' and was funded by Friedrich Engels. The Communist League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communist_League) was an offshoot of the League of Just, which was itself a splinter group of the League of Outlaws. Yes the rabbit hole is deep....

The TRUE roots of Communism have been kept occult, and for good reason.

Why do the Socialist pukes follow these writings? Socialism always results in the loss of freedoms, and varying degrees of control over the population which always increases as time goes by. These are not guesses, these are truths that anyone can discover in the most basic of investigating. So why does a great number of the population keeps propelling themselves in that direction, which is guaranteed failure, based upon the theories and philosophies of Marx, who was a total failure in everything he ever did in his life?

He was a Jew that hated Jews, he hated blacks, it is in all of his writings. He was a Racist. He made no secret that the purpose of Socialism was the ultimate control over the masses. He abandoned his family, most of his writings are blatant plagiarisms of Engels. Karl Marx never made a penny in his life. He was a parasite. Maybe that's why his system of socialism so appealed to him. You see, it is a religion for victims. And without a victim class, socialism cannot exist.

Why do you think they are trying so hard to make everyone in this country some kind of a victim of something or someone? They must have more and more victims in order to convince them that socialism is the answer. Because Socialism promises a daddy to take care of the children who are victims of the world around them.

How do they do this?

How do they fund these tremendous projects, thinktanks, black projects, covert operations and propaganda machines that bring this thought process about? This is not a natural process to any human being. They are brainwashed. Inculcated. They are being manipulated via 'psycho politics'.

It is actually sad that so many men and women fought in many wars to defeat 'Communism'. Too bad they were never taught the definition and meaning of it. Maybe they could have spotted the planks of the manifesto that had already been instilled in this country, long before they even signed up for war. Sad......

Collectivists have set up the boogey man of communism (no one has yet reached) to lure the unwary to socialism. However, once private property rights of the individual are lost, the collectivists have achieved a great victory.

Collectivism = slavery = thievery = piracy

Good way of putting it....

"Democracy is indispensable to socialism."
Vladimir Lenin

"Democracy is the road to socialism."
Karl Marx

Collectivism has many names but the results of collectivism are the same and are succinctly summarized above. I will say the so-called "elitists" are getting better at hiding their intentions. I believe this is done through education. It is preferred to have a uniformly educated society; collectively everyone will benefit. Uniformity is key. Not to create mindless drones, far from it, but to steer the student AWAY from certain subjects. This is the sole reason for gov't intervention in education.

Individuality is fine AS LONG as it fits within normal parameters, a certain amount of deviation is allowed. Essentially, the collectivists have been trying to control a herd of wild horses (American Nationals). They have been doing this piecemeal since 1776 and to societies for millenia prior. They realized a "worker" who believes he/she has freedom is significantly more productive than a "worker" who knows he/she has limited or no freedoms (compare worker productivity in the USSR versus the USA).

If someone wants to OWN the fruits of their labor, one must swim against the current. Society is set up AND encourages people to enjoy collectivism. With FRNs one cannot absolutely own anything as one cannot pay a debt with a debt. Voting, driving, opening an interest bearing account at banks, having a SS# are ALL gov't benefits given to those who consent.
Here are some maxims of law that illustrate the point of benefits:

1. Favors from government often carry with them an enhanced measure of regulation.
2. Any one may renounce a law introduced for his own benefit.
3. No one is obliged to accept a benefit against his consent.
4. He who receives the benefit should also bear the disadvantage.
5. He who derives a benefit from a thing, ought to feel the disadvantages attending it.
6. He who enjoys the benefit, ought also to bear the burden.
7,He who enjoys the advantage of a right takes the accompanying disadvantage.
8. A privilege is, as it were, a private law.
9. A privilege is a personal benefit and dies with the person.
10. One who avails himself of the benefits conferred by statute cannot deny its validity.
11.What I approve I do not reject. I cannot approve and reject at the same time. I cannot take the benefit of an instrument, and at the same time repudiate it.

There is some confusion over the idea of rights, powers, privileges and immunities.
Ditto, for liberty.

Your Creator (or parents) endowed you with rights and powers.
Government promised to help secure (not guarantee) them. Government cannot impair rights it secures, so there is no disadvantage from government in the exercise of said rights.

Government gives or withdraws privileges and immunities. There are disadvantages attached to said privileges and immunities.
But free inhabitants can access any such boons granted to the free citizens. But they may have to surrender sovereignty in the process.

Liberty has four forms: natural, personal, civil and political.
The first two are part of inalienable rights, the latter two are government grants (privileges and immunities).

In short, an American national, free inhabitant, domiciled upon his private property can exercise natural liberty over his private property (or unclaimed property) and personal liberty upon the public ways.

The U.S. citizen, resident, socialist serf, residing at a residence, can exercise civil and political liberty, by permission (license).

Didnt Communist Russia give 'privileges and benefits'?

I can see how using the collective is a tool for them. It really does just come down to 1 separation: Either the collective is superior, or the individual is superior. All societies have evolved into collectivism, while behind the scenes the individual suffers. It is as if it is bread into man. To give up responsibility and freedom, in exchange for security, benefits, privileges, etc.

It is not new.

Why have the origins of this type of 'ideology' been kept out of view? It is easy to label it 'Communism' or 'Marxist', but that is part of the trick. Because it is an ancient mystery belief, that is literally thousands of years old, IMO.

The illusion of collective ownership is a smokescreen for the real power who manipulates the collective - for its own benefit and enrichment.

All the collectivist activists assume THEY will be the benign managers, handsomely rewarded for their wise rulership - after the revolution. In reality, such "Activists" are often purged, to prevent counter revolution once the truth is evident.

The age old conflict is between predator and prey.
The strong have always preyed upon the weak.
The early solution - cooperation in defense of property rights - was matched by cooperation by the predators who attacked the property rights of the prey.

The arena of conflict has escalated from brute strength to ideology. The stronger minds dominate the weaker minds, who can no longer evaluate and come to logical conclusions.

That is a scary scenario - especially when one discovers the world is "upside down". (It happened to me, in 1991-1992)

I discovered I was a slave in 1992, in a little court house in central Pennsylvania. From that day, I knew that I would never believe them again.
I knew that America's government was replaced with a monstrosity.
Only later, did I discover that my consent fed the monster.
The only remedy is to withdraw consent, no matter how painful it was.
