Exactly my rule of thumb is quite simple:

IF YOU CAN SEE THEM....... THEY ARE NOT THE TOP

I think the Rothchild are VERY high up the foodchain ( maybe 3 levels down from it)

But the Ones that sit over and above us all are hidden save to handful of adepts.
