Woo-hoo! :sarc:

In addition, if one is willing to consider Baghdad as a US-controlled city, one could conclude that the US is the only one on the list with 3 winners! :-[

I'm going to take a page out of your playbook (get it, playBOOK) and use a picture for my answer.

New Orleans:
Black or African American 325947 = 67.25%

Detroit:

Just sayin'....

I am not surprised, one bit. A lot of cities, here in the good ol' US, are war zones. We just don't see it (generally). As long as it doesn't spill over to the nicer areas....

the plan is to keep it contained, to certain areas. And, made quiet. The news is censored to what's going on.

Very high homicide rates. Those two cities have that in common. Those are two cities that IMO you do not want to be stuck in the daytime or nighttime.

EDIT: Oops! I misspelled homicide by spelling it as homocide. My apologies. I fixed it.

Homocides would be very un-PC.

I meant homicide rate. It was an honest mistake when I mis-spelled homicide.

I wasn't raggin on you. I liked the term and was just musing that someone going around killing gayhappy people would be un-PC.

Yeah I know. I am glad that I was not drinking orange juice at the time that I caught my error because the orange juice would have been all over my keyboard as a result of laughing out loud at my mis-spelling. ;D
