Who's got the great way to pickle okra or eggs?

I love them both and would love a great recipe.

We are getting ready to pickle and can eggs. I will post some links later.

cool, thanks. I'm a noob at canning/pickling so that would be great.

I've done some dehydrating, jerky and peppers. Works well. Never thought of eggs though.

There are non-slimy varieties. One of the ones the Mrs. grew last year was IMO too dry, and not 'snotty' enough.

thanks for the links Imma.
We have pickled eggs many times...we like em, but get burned out on them sometimes.

I wanna Can them for long term storage.

But my wife is worried. She says if we do it wrong it could be dangerous.
She is very cautious when it comes to canning

I need info on safe canning (for long term) of Pickled eggs....got any?

I like spicy and I couldn't decide which to try.

I'll post results in two or three weeks.
