I bought 12 of them for nineteen plus and charged them all up, placed them all around the house and HURAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, I was able to see everything when walking around.......with only one of them I was able to read just fine, I will now put them away for when the power goes off..........you should try them yourself.
PS: Two LED lights per unit, for house use don't cover them with the plastic cover......... they will last all night long.

Got a link to the type you got? I'm looking to get me a few outside lights and am interested in LED lights for this purpose.

Why not just get on ebay and get the 600Lm 12vdc 1 amp LED (10watt).

I've bought 10 of these at 10.00 each and they light the whole house like 50watt light bulbs do.
Been working on installing cheap 18/2 conductor wire to each light fixture so I can use two car batteries to light up the rooms.
These LEDS are the size of a stamp and very simular to looking into a weld arc..................you just cannot look at them directly.

I've had my solar lights for about a year. I mounted them up under the eavesdrops, and placed the solar cells where they would get plenty of sun. I like the fact that I can walk around the perimeter of my house at night and they automatically light the way. They aren't super bright like floodlights, but they give ample light to see around you.
