UBS tax evader cites Holocaust in seeking leniency

MIAMI -- A former watchmaker who pleaded guilty to tax charges in the probe of Swiss bank UBS is citing his parents' Holocaust experience in seeking a lenient prison sentence.

The attorney for 65-year-old Jack Barouh says he was driven to hide wealth in a UBS account by his parents' escape from the Nazi attempt to exterminate Jews during World War II. The attorney says many children of Holocaust survivors compulsively seek to hide nest eggs in case similar events happen again.

Prosecutors on Friday will seek nearly two years in prison for Barouh, who pleaded guilty in February to falsifying a tax return. Barouh wants one year's home detention.

Barouh, of Golden Beach, founded luxury brand Michele Watches, which sold for $50 million in 2004.

You have to look at it this way, the remaining "survivers" (can't swing a dead cat without hitting one it seems) are going to be dropping dead from old age within the next couple decades thus putting an end to a lot of the BS that continues to go on regarding the "Holocaust". Well what better way to keep the dream alive than to just pass on the "suffering" for finacial gain to the decendents? They can keep the racket going till the end of time with some creative manipulation.

Same racket the "decendants of slaves" have been using here to try and get free bennies for as long as possible. Why work when you can just blame somebody else and stick your hand out?

Who ever donated that urine is a very sick person, it should have had some color in it, usually yellow, that would be the poisong from your body coming out.

That's why you can drink your own urine only three times........not that I have done it.
