I think it is the second hour of the Financial Sense Broadcast.
Admittedly Puplava has a policy of not addressing the "missing metal" fraud described by Harvey & Lenny Organ (for an allocated account) or the very clear description of early February price manipulation by Andrew Maguire.
But these guys still know their stuff about how the precious metal industry works. Other than circumventing the subject of fraud and crime in the industry.
Anyway, it's David Morgan + Jeffrey Christian talking shop with some geology guy and one other guy.
By allocate account I mean something like what Fidelitrade offers & charges for - allocated metal storage. If you arrange to go in and see the metal, it is there.
What Harvey & Lenny Organ are saying is that they had an allocated account and in 2008 it was like pulling teeth for them to obtain access to their metal for inspection.
