Was looking around the web for info. on either removing, or not sending a sitting Congressional Representative. Or will one be provided for the district if not elected?

Has anyone ever seen any info. towards this?

Or the details about the individuals district's flexibility with setting minimum term limits to like 2 days, or just enough time to deliver the vote to Congress.

Where is this information detailed.

I guess petitioning to end, or fore go a particular congressional district's elections would somehow Constitute an attack on the Gov. of the U.S., Or be considered "UnConstitutional"?

Could not the individual districts choose to send an elected representative only at instances when it deemed necessary? Or do they (the Fed.) only offer oaths of office within certain windows of opportunity?
