Bing cashback question

Does anyone know how many times you can use the bing cashback option for Ebay? I checked on Ebay's site and I think it said up to 40 transactions. I was curious because I think I'm at around 22 or so and when I do the "nintendo wii" search on Bing, I no longer get the Ebay cashback icon. Anyone got an idea why this is? Thanks in advance!

I see that Bing cashback is gone for eBay as of right now. Any word if that is for good?
