We have this Aweseome authority to suspend somebodies constitutional rights and freedoms.
I just taped this on my camera a bit ago. I'm dumbfounded. I cut out the beginning where he was blowing McAmnesty.
Enjoy I guess.

Man were in trouble if this is a common thought with law enforcement:
"we have the lawful authority to use lethal force and take somebody's life and yet your questioning the fact that we can't build the components necessary to get to reasonable suspicion and probable cause" "We do this on evey call we go on"

I don't see the outrage here. If someone is breaking the law then YES they can arrest them and stop their freedom of movement and strip them of everything and throw them in a cage. If a criminal raises a weapon to them they can take their life. What's the big deal?
*probably not worded in the best way, but it didn't seem scripted, just off the cuff remarks.

Let's be completely honest. What percentage of people understand or have read the Constitution?

They and their Judge buddies are the wielders of 'due process of law'.
which is the only lawful way to suspend a natural right.
I'm not so sure that he understands that concept correctly, but yes the judiciary is the only branch capable of lawfully removing "constitutional rights" (sic)

Cops don't think much about the constitution. They follow court guidelines and department policies. As long as they are within those, the courts and departments will do almost anything to protect them.
