if you can buy a raw un-pickled peppercini, it should have some viable seeds in it.

Googling "pepperoncini seeds" shows a good number of hits, including Amazon. If these seeds are for this growing season, I hope you're somewhere with a looooong warm season. Here in OH, if you're starting pepper plants from seed, they need to be started ~3 months before putting them outside.
