My coconut oil is solid. I assume I would have to warm it up a little first? I will try this later this week when I get my CSA veggies! Thanks.

Next try popcorn made on the stove top with coconut oil.
I like it cooked in lots of coconut oil, IMHO no extra toppings are required besides a little freshly ground sea salt, delicious!!!

I like popcorn with coconut oil too:). The movie theaters used to use it too before they determined that it was unhealthy. Little did they know.

IMA - I will try that mayo recipe. Thanks.
