The date on the video was 1970.......and is only now here?
Now I have to find that frequency.....and you now also know why I would like to live for ever and never stop learning.y
By the way.....at the end of the film you have those little links at the bottom and one of them is for "The Joe Cell" from Australia.......I made one of them but with a small improvement.

The problem is that it takes significant energy to produce the radio frequencies necessary to release the oxygen in the salt water to begin with.

The big question is Is it over 'unity'? Unity is the point where the energy output is equal to the energy input. It's the breakeven point.

You guys do make a lot of sense with what you wrote.....I think that I will try vibrations impulsing, or pushing, the frequency.
