I believe that part of my rice is only humid and not wet........question: can I put the rice in the sun to dry and still be good? you know, spread it out on the gound?

wife says as long as it never got wet it should be okay, if it got wet than it will mold.

I suppose you will be the only one to determine what is moist and what is wet.

Maybe try a low temp oven. If you put it outside the birds will devour instantly!
