A very warm simi hot day today and just perfect to dry my rice......laid down a painters floor cover and spread my rice over it, every fiftten minutes I went out and use a rake turn it over.........15 gallons of rice ready to go and tomorrow another 15 gallons till I finished what ever is still have.

Nawwwww, I'll simply dry it and put it away and in a few months open up the buckets once again and see what it looks like........I was able to buy 20 5 gallons white buckets with a rubber seal inside, looks really good and tight.

Ponce, if in question of the humidity when dry and storing in buckets you can pop a couple desiccant bags on top of the rice on some plastic to draw any extra moisture out until it's under control. Just went and got 60# of rice for the wife today, a buck a pound here for the stuff she likes.
