Be prepared, I had no idea knives were so deadly!

If you are within 21 feet of a knife, you better be a fast draw - this guy might get you!

comments on this particular guys "methods" aside, the old saying goes:

Run towards a man with a gun, run away from a man with a knife.

Of course, take that with a grain of salt, its just an idiom ::) ;)

But, you're right, better be fast on that draw, particularly if you're doing it from Concealed Carry positions. Practice, Practice. Practice how to draw while moving, lateraly and away from the target is prefered. Distance is your friend.

I wonder if he's employed at a local mall as a ninja? ;)

Watching the video, it seems that he was lucky to not injure himself with the first blade (looks almost like a Russian Kindjal).

About thirty years ago when I was taking classes I knew several guys who could take that knife away from him. Just being an arrogant jerk isn't enough.

if he doesn't hurt himself first.

did he have time to double-check the blade lock on the short knife so it doesn't close on his hand ?

Dude is a kook. It's easy to run up on cardboard - the cardboard ain't gonna go "WTF!" and react to defend itself.

Wow, I learned so much from that guy! I better subscribe to his channel and learn more. Hey buddy, I got one for you. How about you blend into a crowd, walk and act normal and nonchalant until you get nice and close to your target, stab quickly and quietly as many times as you can and walk away normally. For a better example, commit a crime, go to prison and tell everyone you're there for child molestation. Many inmates will be happy to practice the above technique on you.

He sure showed that f*ckin' cardboard!
I'm still laughing at the fact that he cut out cardboard into a silhouette target and mounted it on poles in his back yard. I wonder what his kids think?

"Daddy, we want to swing!"
"Not now darling, daddy is busy making knife fighting videos. Now hold this tape so I can mark off 21 feet."

I think the guy is purposely putting us on. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he isn't that delusional.

If a guy runs at you with drawn knife nothing stopping you from running away as you fumble for your piece. Seems like it would be natural to do so too.

Or, one might drop to the ground and kick the flailing bastard's legs out from under him, causing him to fall on his own knife.

That would be cool.
