Daryl is one of the most gifted historians on the planet. he has a collection of history books that were excised from our American public school history education.

well, actually, they were excised from our private school education - i went through a full year of Modern European History in college without hearing one word about the Jews being expelled from 12-15 countries during the Middle Ages.

and we spent a week studying Martin Luther without hearing a word about Martin Luther's primary work, "On the Lies of the Jews".

So, basically, Daryl has 8 or 11 GB (depends on who is doing the backup) of books and webcasts filling in some of the gaps in our history education.

do you need a backup of GIM1 ? there's backups at GIM2, aren't there.

i have a backup, and stopped at the point of making a *.zip because i can't figure out how to use WinZip to make a *.zip. or maybe it was because WinZip was asking for money.

the folder is about 700 MB. i used HTTrack the morning of March 31, GIM's last day.
