I'll tell you where, IN MY BACKYARD........the damn things sounds to me like the invasion of Normany and they blacken the sky the same way, I would say that there were about 100,000 of those buggers all over my place.
The funny part about this is that me and my cat walk around and they don't bother us...........I wonder if they came in from all over the US on vacation or if they are planning in staying here.
Almost forgot, shared my first dinner with a few of them, they landed on my plate (as they do every year) and I separated some food at one end of my plate for them.........they sure love my apple trees.
