The website gives a very genaric explaination of what they are doing up there.
Does anyone really know what they are building up there or how it will be serving mankind?
Spyware?
Space weapons?
NWO command station?

Amazing technology! But yet they can't build a decent robotic sub to work a mile below the ocean, to close a 20" pipe leak?
