I am the lucky recipient of some delicious fresh Florida grouper. I have a friend who is a SCUBA instructor/guide and he brings me lobster and fish. I do some simple web design and maintenance for him, so I guess we barter, but it's not official - no one is counting.
So anyway, lobster I can handle, but I am not very experienced with grouper. I know it can be really delicious, and I have cooked it one or two times before. . . but I'd love to hear what any of you have done with grouper, or any similar white flaky fish.
Maybe a marinade recipe for grilling?
Recommendations on what to pair it with would be appreciated as well.
