Apparently the final several minutes of the day wasn't a long enough period to get in all the selling folks wanted to do.
As you can see, the new bear market continues after hours.

Down Down the market goes. How far it drops, nobody knows. :dunno
Actually the only thing that is know is this...........It will not be very pretty for the paper holders called stock investors.

I predict it will start down, race back to even, then end a little down or up, but only 10 or so points either way.

I dislike seeing Australia and China down. Bad for the resource sector. The rest I am disinterested in.

Actually the futures have gotten worse since you posted that....................
S&P Futures = -31.7999
DOW futures = -251.00
NASDAQ Futures = -51.00
Look out below, it is going to be a stock whoopsie of a day in the stock markets. Today, the DOW can say bye-bye to 10,000 on the way down to stock hell.
