I am not defending illegal immigration

but the issue should be "why are they coming here"?

and the answer is all the free goodies our govt gives them (welfare, housing, school, medical care, etc)

eliminate all those, and legalize all drugs, and the illegal tide will stop in minutes.

for now you are just treating the symptoms

and of course, virtually all those govt programs (medicaire, schools, social security, welfare, etc) are totally broke (unfunded liability) and totally dysfunctional

in some ways, we should be thanking the illegals, because the more of them come flooding in, the more powerless our govt is revealed to be, and the sooner these useless govt programs go into the graveyard. lastly, hopefully, some wise statesman will tell Americans why they are really coming. That would be correct. :) Also, illegal immigration is encouraged for various reasons by our wonderful government. It is for the purpose of the regionalization of Canada, the US, and the rest of the Americas.

If the US government can spend trillions to deploy thousands of its own soldiers overseas to guard the borders of other countries why wouldn't it guard its own borders?
