The guy was correct in his position, he most definitely learn the law while he was in prison. But his delivery was over the top, and I'm sure they were disturbing him from picking up his welfare check. Smite away bitches.

Actually, that cop displayed some awesome nonverbal cues that diverted most of the original homeys anger at the other homeys. Good job cop.
