He did promise change.

So in the first year, the change was that he would go back on all promises made while running for the office (which of course is just carrying on the latest office tradition). Now in the 2nd year the change is destruction and failed responses worse than Katrina and 911 many times over.

Just can't wait to see what takes place in 2011. :( >:(
