OOOOOOR, he could get some pork butt and a grinder and make his own, which would cost half the price and be twice as good! ;)

My wife nad her family are major jimmy dean sasuage fans. Im partial to it myself, though its not as good as home made. They must eat some huge breakfastes, we rarley use an entire package at one go when we do have it around.

Lots of companies are downsizing their product quantities and not the price. Been doing it for a couple years now (since the depresseion really came to the forefront around 07-08). Still cheaper to make your own at home though.
