Apparently the Obama administration is beheading people for making light of the national public debt.

WASHINGTON—After serving 12 years in the position, Motley, the official White House Jester, was beheaded Tuesday after delivering a poorly received jape about the spiraling national debt before President and Mrs. Obama.
"For crimes of great arrogance and cheek, His Idiocy the White House Jester has been sentenced to a swift demise," White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said following the death sentence. "Let it be heard over every city and suburb of this land that the National Debt is no topic for frivolity, and the mailed hand of Obama shall smite all offenders."
Motley, who used his last words to beg in vain for Obama's mercy, was executed on the North Lawn at the strike of noon.
What the Onion article didn't mention was the REAL reason for Motley's demise.
With the US National debt up to 13 trillion dollars, Motley made the fatal mistake of starting a rousing rendition of "99 bottles of beer on the wall".
He had made it to the refrain "12 trillion, 999 billion, 999 million, 998 thousand, 432 dollars of debt on the clock" when the headsman's axe fell, putting an abrupt end to what had been an otherwise stimulating performance.
The new White House jester, Mugabe, is proposing a Zimbabwe-style currency devaluation, by which US currency would be replaced with "Patriot Dollars". One Patriot Dollar will replace $10,000 US dollars. Coming soon to a Federal Reserve near you!
