I do this with forzen mixed veggies ( a staple at our house) and we get over 5-6 lbs worth of product into one a one quart mason jar with some o2 packs. it dehydrates down to less than a lb total.

This is a FANTASTIC way to prep, imo. Tech Guy had a great thread on it on GIM that went for quite a few pages. It also reconstitute well, texture, taste and color wise.
