Hey BP, what's wrong with this picture?

Supposedly this is the pipe end that's spewing oil right now.

Take a look at the BOP way in the background. Anyone who's ever bent a soda straw can see something blatantly obvious.

Am I to believe the kink at the BOP top head is not leaking as well?

I read that some university professors believe there is a much bigger leak about 5-7 miles from the propaganda cameras BP is showing the world. No one can confirm or deny since nobody can enter the area. BP is in denial so far.

I like how they minimize the visual of the oil spilling from the riser in typical corperate fashion. This is what the depiction should have looked like.

I especially liked the delicate "wisp" of oil coming out of the riser.

I wonder if the massive plume could be coming out of the broken BOP itself. Think of 5000 ft of pipe twisting and listing as the rig sank. Hard to believe 19" STEEL riser would allow a 115 degree bend like that without cracking. Cmon.
